Having a successful playing career behind them they are well-tuned with the demands and requirements to excel in a very competitive environment.

They have the abilities to assess the strengths and weaknesses of their charges and uses a holistic approach to bring out the best in them. Over the years players from countries such as New Zealand, Scotland, Sweden, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Denmark, Hong Kong, England, Thailand, Japan and Indonesia have joined our academy and successfully moved up the ranks.
